So through Blackrock Caverns there was this player who was just posting the 'Overall DPS' instead of the 'Current Fight'. Because he was number 1 of course. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that he wasn't that stupid, we asked for the current fight to be shown. He wasn't posting it. So of course I called him out. (As you can see from the first picture.) Well, I think the pictures explain the rest. He literally left AS SOON as the fight was over. Lucky for us we had another person in the party with recount and I STOMPED HIS ASS!

So I sort of gave up on Iggy's 22 dungeon mission after like the second dungeon, there are some horrible players out at night. I just tried to heal a random, it lasted 2 minutes. Enough time to buff up, pull 1 group of trash and then die to a boss literally 3 seconds after pulling it. Yay, what fun. Instead of then continuing to bang my head off the keyboard, I decided to continue with my Therazane reputation. It is going very well, I'm already nearly half way through honored. And if I wasn't so tired, I would probably try to knock out the rest of the quests in Deepholm to get to the dailies. However, I'm exhausted...

Fire Mage vs. Arcane Mage

I have waited too long to write this post...

I'm going to start this off by saying "I hate Arcane Mages". I've been seeing several more Mages floating around world of Azeroth. From a player who plays this class as their main, it is both a good thing and bad. Its good that more people are starting to have fun playing Mages. Its a bad thing because there are several of us out there that have beat our head against many a keyboards trying to max out our DPS. When low and behold, the newbies now can march right in specing Arcane and out DPS everyone. For those of you, who have finished 4.1 patch and just want to lay back and relax that is fine to go Arcane to take a break. (Those people know who they are and deserve that break.) However, when I run into a dungeon with an Arcane Mage and they don't even know how to Sheep properly or Spell Steal. They need go Fire and get in the back of the line like everyone else did for Cataclysm.

Now here is two Mages battling out in BH for top DPS. The Arcane Mage was just a little lower in gear and still won with their two button rotation. However, for this run I out did the Arcane Mage for Damage Done. >> Why is it that people only care about Damage Per Second? And not Damage Done? I took the boss' HP down the most from 100% to 0%, why does it matter how fast I did it in a second?

I of course was playing the Fire Mage.

And as you can see their whole 2 button rotation.

I can't wait for Firelands where I hope Arcane get nerfed and Fire gets buffed. So those who think they are bad ass for playing Arcane get put back in their place. Until then I will power myself up to hopefully be able to show up those Arcane Mages of 4.1.

So last night (or this morning rather) I got bored after doing a fail ZA attempt. And decided to level a Death Knight with Nick. You just got to love his name "Quagmooer". <3 I of course did another Blood Elf. We haven't gotten out of the beginning zone yet but it is pretty nice to be playing a Plate user.

The epic journey has begun! To get enough valor for my last epic piece I need to do 22 more Heroic Dungeons or 11 ZA/ZG. So when I log back in, I will be doing non-stop dungeon runs trying to get that last piece. And as soon as that is done, I get to start getting rid of the couple of pieces of 353 I have.

I have realized there is a small problem with my healing skills. I'm having a REALLY hard time healing through ZA. And I'm thinking it because of all the AOE healing that needs to be done. If any Priest Holy Healers are out there please send me a whisper or something with advice on how to do it properly. I downloaded Vuhdo to help me with my Dispelling and so far its worked wonders. It helped a lot and I'm just wondering if that was the key. I need to do more play testing with it after I finish Iggy's journey.

So my sleep schedule is all sorts of screwed up now. >< I just woke up at 9pm today. It's not that bad with me having to work late nights with weekend. But it still sucks not to know what day is what day. I was a sadpanda this morning when my account froze. My Christmas gift from my father was a year subscription, however you can only do it in 6 month time spans and it didn't renew this morning. So because I'm that "dedicated" I paid out of my own pocket for this month coming up. >> I'm a little irked from this.

Okay so I just went through the best raid experience EVER. Raided for 7 hours straight.

Progress:
- Blackwing Descent: Got to Nef (However did not attempt)
- Bastion of Twilight: Attempted Cho'gall (Got to Phase 2 and under 20%)
And keep in mind we blew through some of the bosses. More than half we 1 shot. This was all done in one run. Thank you Sanctum for such an awesome run!

Today has just been one of those Wow days where you just want to log off and never get back on. Two words: Horrible pugs.

As some may notice from Real ID I've been non-stop pushing through ZA/ZG. I've been hardcore trying for gear and valor items. With Firelands right around the corner I want to be as far forward as I can. Of course, I'm no where near those who have all tier 11 already and working on heroic, but... -shrugs-. I'm currently sitting at 352 and the only thing that is dragging it down horribly is my 333 Ring. (All because of Zxt, a horrible druid who stole a ring that I REALLY needed out from under me.) I need to get around to unlocking Therazane for the enchantments. I just really don't want to go through all those quests again. ><

(Getting into a raid will update more later)

That was probably the high-light of my night. For the fun of it 5 of us decided to make an Arena team and have at it. There are a few things I learned. Crysus dies VERY quick and that I need to work on being a Frost Mage. Lmao. But it was a blast. It was a great way to get welcomed back after weeks of not playing.

I'm not normally one to rant in public about something, maybe to a few friends but not like this. However, this really irked me. And I mean REALLY irked me. (Not so bad I punched a brick wall over a mount, those days are over. Congrats again Neat ^^) So first night back I have no addons set up nothing the way I like to play. Thanks to a certain Rogue who didn't replace my folders back to the way I had them. -glares playfully- So, standing in Org with nothing to do, there is suddenly a yell going "LF 1 Healz and 2 Deeps for Mal". O__O <-- Was my reaction! So after being disappointed that they filled their spot for DPS that quick, I was suddenly not disappointed that people dropped and I got a spot. Woot go me! (This isn't the irked part yet...) So find out we are doing Bastion of Twilight fresh run. Awesome! Go in, have no problem with the trash. (Overblink was hosting the run...) Get to Halfus, Nether's up... shit... after a few wipes and people trying to voice their opinion we down Halfus. Woot go us! *Warning Warning Warning you are entering the irked area* So the loot drops! Woot go us again! It's cloth... >> Awesome I'm the only cloth DPS! My heart starts racing for these bracers. They call roll for it. WHAT THE HELL?! A priest rolled for it. And won it! >> Seriously what the hell?! At this point, I'm asking way he took them... and the only good answer I got was "The mastery is good for me, I can just reforge..." I was sooooo pissed. Welcome to World of Warcraft... We managed to get to Valiona and Theralion and a few attempts before a few decided they were too tired to go on.

Guilds

So I pulled all my character's out of University of Suramar for many reasons, mainly that Remy isn't playing right now. Even though he paid for 3 months of game time. I like several of the member's there, a few I wish their mics would break, but its honestly not the guild for me. Congrats for making it this far and good luck in the future. I don't know when Remy will even log back on. However, I know he's not done with the game for good.

Right now, I'm taking one step at a time getting back into the game. 4.2 Patch will be releasing soon and we will see a flood of people getting back on. And once again, I will be caught in a rip tide and dragged under only to start trying to swim to the top again. 

The Level Up

The adventure is now over and I marvel at how quick a set amount of time can pass. It was a great 22 days, filled with watching Priest, going to the Zoo, and going to the Science Center. This is actually my first day in about 20 days to actually be online. Half way through the adventure our internet cut out and we couldn't get it back on until now. Strangely enough I didn't miss Wow as much as I thought I would. I'm so tired of drama in the game. And the fact I have a couple major decisions I need to work on. I want to play something that I want to get on and actually play. Not wake up to raid going "Omg, this sucks, why did I even get up...". Now granted that is not how I feel about raiding, just the particular raid / raid group at the time. 

Note to Damage Control: 

I am going to try my hardest to get on during raid times from this point forward. I would like to start pressing forward to prove myself. (That is if the internet allows me... ><)

I'm going to do a small update on Remy (Magiere) while I'm at it. Based on the fact it will conflict with his current raiding / playing Wow. Remy has been laid off of his job and now seeks other employment. If all goes right today, he will be working with me at Denny's as a Server. This means however we will not have synchronized schedules anymore. We will probably have to work on each other's off days and vise versa. Really it's not a big issue seeing that Remy is with University of Suramar and I with Damage Control. But there may be an effect on each other's gaming time. 

So other than that. -hugs everyone (especially Evo)- I'm happy I'm back!
